How to use the Etsy Profit Tracker
- Revenue: Enter total amount the buyer paid (order total). Select currency above.
- Fees: Transaction %, payment processing %, listing fee — adjust if needed.
- Shipping & Materials: Add actual shipping and production costs.
- Ad Spend & Tax: Optional fields — include marketing or estimated tax %.
- Calculate: Click Calculate or edit inputs to update real-time results and charts.
- Save as PDF: Downloads an HD-branded report that matches the current theme and includes the charts.
